Mack asked someone to run a test poll on the forum colour schemes so here goes.

He's leaving the dark one in place for 24 hours so I've set the poll for just that one day.

I don't like it Mack, prefer the bright background. Ken is right, It does look like an Arriva website. :D

OK gang,

The dark theme is obviously very popular and I personally prefer it too myself.

For the time being though I've switched it back to the way it was originally - light theme due to some members not liking it.

When I can get a switch added which will allow you change it yourself I'll make it available again and you can choose yourselves.

Not sure when that will be though.

Cheers everyone.

Like the Brexit vote all over again. The dark one leads 10-3. What happened to democracy?

I know Bern, after seeing all the comments from people saying they didn't like it and then looking at the Poll which gave a completely different result saying the majority liked it it was an impossible situation LOL.

I'll just leave things as they are for the time being. If you wear sunglasses it's a workaround LOL.

There is another possible solution that can be tried running both light and dark at the same time without a switch. It's a bit complicated to set up so will see if I can get more info on this.

Thanx for setting the POLL up BTW.

And thanks for the feedback folks.

Mack, perhaps the majority felt their vote said all they had to say on the subject. To me your point about the more economical use of battery life was as important as the appearance.
