Half time and you're winning 4-0. Norwich to make a famous comeback.EdMcDonald wrote:Hope you get battered.![]()

A good win but a few defensive worries. TAA is poor defending and Gomez needs a longer warm up, similar against City he was very casual early on.
I thought Henry was on a winner at halftime, I expected another goal but not for Norwich.

Without Allison we have 32 year old Adrian as cover or 19 year old Kelleher .
Another two ( including Karius) out on loan and one not fit after injury .
Now 35 year old Donny Lonnergan
is in the frame.
Give youth a chance I say.

Salah is a top notch gentleman, with his charitable donations and this. Looks like the city is rubbing off on him.

Absolutely DIRE performance. No one has any idea of moving into space, and even if they did there is no one capable of making a through pass for them to run on to. I am absolutely gutted at the standard of football that Liverpool play at the moment. To say that Liverpool will challenge City again this year is just a joke as far as I am concerned,

I already think I am supporting a sinking ship Ken. Why Klopp didn’t buy a midfield playmaker I will never know as it stood out that that was what was needed. Here’s hoping for a better second half.

A bit better Bill but agree with you about the creative midfielder.
You can see why modern managers want goalies to play out the way Adrian clears to an opponent every time.
Playing in Istanbul was bad enough but now extra time

A bit better second half Ken. Firmino showed in the first ten minutes what could be achieved with a decent playmaker in mid field.

I am not a fan of female officials but my opinion changed last night as they were excellent. These days male referees put up with far to much dissent and it invariably goes unpunished.
As a pro referee I booked anyone who showed dissent and if continued or later repeated they were off.
Proof in the pudding is that I never sent anyone off in the last five years of my career as I had no reason to. They all knew the consequences so simply didn't do it, even though everyone, including me, knew if I had made an error.

Not that good Sheelagh. He is generous but he would rather give it to them than the Inland Revenue and he has an excellent accountant..

Disregard Ernie’s disingenuous comment, he’s just a sad old bluenose.
