Appreciate your lovely comments, Shelagh!!!

Talbot has strep throat and consequently missed a very important once a year celebration
at school which really upset her. What her twin sisters did on arriving back from school
really touched my heart strings............

What Jillian wrote:
"My sweet oldest stayed home from school today with strep throat...turns out today was also the annual surprise school carnival. 😞 she was so upset and disappointed, but when her little sisters got home they shuffled upstairs and set up T’s own personal Conge, with games, candy and prizes. If I haven’t done anything else right in my life, raising these girls to be the thoughtful and generous souls they are will be more than I could ever have hoped to achieve. 💗💞💗"

Sheer Joy, nothing like a kind gesture to cheer you up, T’s smile speaks volumes :D

Jillian certainly has the right philosophy, she should be proud :D

Son in law Paul's birthday today.
Yesterday they weren't going out, Paul is a pharmacist and needs to stay well to help the public.
They escaped for an hour or so to Southport.

Just been able to finally see what has been going on in the last few weeks and I have to say...Patricia, you and Lew certainly brought up your daughters with a lot of love and respect for other people and it certainly showed through with Jillian's comments re Talbot missing her big day at school.Love it when people are not afraid to show their true feelings. G-d Bless you, your daughters and grandchildren.

Keith, Truly lovely photos of your Granddaughters, (love their names) which reminded me of my two older girls and Jillian ( 9 years difference) They were such good nurturing and mentoring sisters to Jillian, which she has certainly benefited from.

Matt - What can I say, that was a lovely and inspiring message you posted, THANK YOU!!! I will be sure to pass same on to Jillian & Thom. Glad to read that you are now both safely back at home after your lovely vacation. x

Loretta - Lovely seeing your post and also many Thanks to you. x

Jillian sent this photo to me this morning. They are all presently in Lake Tahoe as Jillian & Thom are now "Working from home" and the schools are all closed in San Francisco. They figured this was a more "Safer" place to be at the moment!!

Thank you Patricia.
With all the madness around the world and Lians hospital appointment today, I forgot that it would have been my mum and dad's 75th wedding anniversary today.
Photo taken somewhere on Monfa Road.
Originally B&W it was colourized at a later date.

What a lovely gesture Keith; keeping your parents memory alive by posting picture of their special day 😢
I’m sure your parents would be very proud of their boy :D

Mack, brilliant picture. Clearly the dogs have had enough of the toilet roll saga. They look as if they're saying "All this bog roll and not one tin of chum" Definitely my laugh of the day.

I don't know what to say. My 5 year old granddaughter is Isolated at home. Got he plastic slide from the shed, which gave her just enough height to see over the wall and communicate with a child next door but 2 , wh she did not know . Children are soooo imaginative

Spring is definitely on it's way as "Freddie the Frog" put in an appearance
while Janine & I were having lunch today - making sure she was 6ft away
Believe "Freddie" is excluded from that Rule!!! :D

Having to "Shelter in Place!" I have been busy knitting and at this rate, if the isolation goes on for several
weeks I will have to open "Patricia's Hand Knitted Wool Shop!" at the end of it all!!! However, it does
keep me occupied................ :D

Ken - I would love to knit a Tea Cozy for you but it would be the priciest Cozy ever, after I have paid
$25.00 postage and you most probably have to pay at least Nineteen or more Pounds in Custom
& Excise Taxes. My brother had to pay Nineteen Pounds and my cousin had to pay Twenty something Pounds
in Custom & Excise Taxes on their Birthday gifts!! Would be a whole lot cheaper for you to go out and buy one!! :D
This has never happened before so I don't know what is going on over there!!!
