Hi, I am hoping someone can help me with a puzzle in respect of my family members from West Derby. My nana (Mary Jane Crabb) parents James Crabb and Mary Anne Radford. Mary Anne had Jewish links, and I remember this link was from Mary Anne’s family but all the family seem to have been either Catholic (James) or CofE, registered at St. Peter’s. Mary’s parents were Abigail Yapp and Thomas Abraham (or Abram),, but Mary used her mums deceased first husband name when she got married - a possible disagreement about Mary getting married?
All the family seem to come from West Derby, so I am really hoping someone will know something that can help solve this mystery. Keeping my fingers crossed
Abraham/Yapp

I'm sure Margaret Ellen m. to Robert Earle died in 1951
I think I also found her in the pre-war 1939 census & it looks like she was in Rainhill Asylum. It doesn't give her birth date but I can't find her anywhere else.
Robert Earle's sister Mary Jane b. 1876 in St. Louis, USA was married to my Gt. gt. Uncle
Mary Jane died in 1946 & is buried with my Gt. gt. Grandmother in Ford
