Didn't watch the game today (not even in a pub) so can't really comment on individual performances, not really bothered about the result, injuries to key players meant it was virtually a reserve side we put out today, we are a team/club in transition and next season should/will see a massive improvement on previous seasons, off to the Theatre of Dreams on Tuesday (shall have to root out my half and half (Everton and Manchester United) scarf. RS fans disgrace themselves once again with vile chants about Seamus Coleman and they wonder why they get such a bad press.

I'd rather walk alone

Unfair to blame all LFC fans for the idiotic behaviour of the few - I saw that clip last night and was appalled by it and I'm certain the vast majority of Reds feel the same.

Both sides of Stanley Park have idiots within their ranks - there have been some pretty unsavoury chants from the Blues in the past as well - sadly we have to put up with these cretins!

A big thank you to the visiting Burnley supporters for their 100% participation in the minutes applause for the 96 Liverpool supporters who lost their lives supporting the team they loved. As for the game itself it was slow to get into gear and possibly the scoreline flattered Everton, it was the type of game we would have been beaten in if the other maniac was still in charge. JJC.

Everton under 23's final home game of the season against Liverpool at Goodison on Monday 8th May 7pm kick off. Its free entry. Our under 23 team can win the league if they win this game.
Now this might be a good meet up venue for all the Blue & Reds BBs :D :D

Just been looking into the end of season training experience for kids at both Liverpool and Everton and cant believe the prices and how they differ in terms of cost and time spent at each venue.

Liverpools is £150 for 2 hours
Evertons is £80 for 4.5 hours

Keith, just to put you in the picture, the Liverpool price includes same day return flights from any airport in Norway,
the Everton price includes a Merseytravel saveway (peak time all zones), hope that is crystal clear for you.JJC.

Nah bin that one Bernie, rather stay at the temple of all things good in football, (look at the distance from the tunnel to the pitch) i have every faith that our new MEGA RICH owner will buy into what it means to be an Evertonian and the new ground will compliment the passion we have for our team/club. (onward Evertonians, we shall not be moved, so so proud to be a BLUE) JJC.

Seeing those West Ham pics, on our recent trip I met an avid " Irons " fan.
He suffers from Motor Neurone disease and is in a wheelchair. He travels from Devon by train then tube to every home game in East London and quite a lot of away matches.
I sat with him at all hours of the day and night watching live games broadcast to the ship.
He was an encyclopaedia of football and the most committed fan I ever met of any team.
He took the banter in good faith and could certainly give it back. :D Ken

Made up to hear that Seamus Coleman has signed a new 5 year contract at Everton, a lot of people had him down for a summer move to either Man U or Man City, (myself included).
It is just another statement of intention that Everton are moving in the right direction, next season should be interesting for the blue boys. JJC.
