Both Tony Bolland and Dave McCluskey authors are Bootle born lads and are about to release a collaboration novel called 'In the Mood...for Murder' based on Tony Bolland's great uncle Bill Bolland (Joe Loss Orchestra and the Saturated Seven) and the Rialto Ballroom. In this fictional novel the House band at the Rialto the 'Downswing Seven' are about to have a change of vocalist though the drummer 'George Hogg' is not happy about this he is a frustrated singer and much better than anyone they have had before...the story continues with music, drugs and murder. The front cover was designed by Simon Green and below a link to Dave's crowd funding campaign link and video plus a link to my previous works.

Dave is also a stand up comedian and comic writer the both writers worked in Musical Instrument shops during the 1980s and 1990s and that where they met where Tony was the manager of Curly Music and Dave a guitar salesman in Rushworth & Dreaper
