On sunday coming my pub The Stockwell Mount (KENTS) which is facing the old tram sheds on Linacre Road is closing down for good and is being bought by asians and turned into flats so another pub/local history gone again so it looks like i will going to The Salt bo and torment all the Evertonians instead
At least we still have a local pub

Henry it's sad you are losing your 'water hole' but loads of them closing in the UK, it's a nice building and if bought for anywhere near the guide price will I think bring a great return on the investment.
