Hi all,
Hope you are all keeping safe? I am a newbie to this forum and this is my first post.
I have been researching my family tree now for over 10 years and I have been trying to establish how my relatives came from Dublin to Liverpool somewhere between 1923-1937.
Am i right in thinking that on this route there was no need to have passenger lists as it was a regular ferry crossing?
I know they were here as there was a family birth in 1937 and the 1939 register lists them at the right address.
Can anyone shed any light on this for me please?
Many thanks
xLx

Your assumption is correct there have never been any passenger lists available
for sailings from and to Ireland 1700s to present.
Best way to find exactly when they may have arrived is the Gores Street Directory for Surnames
Or Birth Marriage Death Certificates or Voters Lists pre 1939 Register.
