Hamilton, Lunt Road

I received a message to check something on this list and I can't find it. As I was browsing I saw the Mellanear topic from 2007. Someone there said they knew Hamiltons who lived in Lunt Road. I was a friend of Marjorie Hamilton, we were nurses together in Bootle Hospital. Another nurse Ann Williams-Robinson came to Australia recently and we talked about the people we had lost contact with, Marjorie was one of them. Is there anyone on this list that would know where she is?
cheers,
Sheila.

Oh Bob, thank you for this information, both Ann and I were hoping to find her somewhere to 'catch up'. I am sorry she has passed away. Ann had heard she had gone to South Africa but wasn't sure. When Ann was here in Adelaide, I showed photographs of Marjorie during holidays in Spain, and 'thumbing it' around Belgium and France, we had great times. We had great times in the British Legion (I think it was called that), with your mum and dad, they were lovely people. Both Ann and I were midwives, what a coincidence. I shall C & P this and send it to Ann right away, she will be as devastated as I am.

Thanks again for getting this reply up so quickly.

Hi Bob, I received the photograph of Marjorie, thank you so much. I have sent it to Ann and we both agree that Marjorie looks just as we remember her. She was lovely.
The photo will be sent to others who worked with her in Bootle Hospital.

Thanks again,

Sheila.
