If you have an online account with the GRO pilot using only only your Email address.
Enter in the Birth Search the Christian and Surname, Sex Male and Mother's Maiden Name = Rooney
Year = 1907 click on Search when the HIT I found comes up Click on PDF order and you can get a PDF copy for £6 only Emailed to you within 4 working days to Download and print .
It is retained by them at the COL Ref. given, for 3 months in case you loose it and want to go back into it.
Enter in the Birth Search the Christian and Surname, Sex Male and Mother's Maiden Name = Rooney
Year = 1907 click on Search when the HIT I found comes up Click on PDF order and you can get a PDF copy for £6 only Emailed to you within 4 working days to Download and print .

Found some more potential Siblings for above.
Mary Ann Davies Registered June Quarter 1910 at West Derby District Volume 8b page 364 Mother's Maiden Name =Rooney
but she appears to have died aged 2 in Sept quarter 1912 in West Derby Vol 8b page 428
Also Margaret Davies born Jun 1912 West Derby Vol 8b page 643 Mother = Rooney
there is a death shown for a Margaret May Davies aged 0 in Dec 1912 West Derby Vol 8b page 465
if correct the Family lost two daughters within 3 months.

Also a Thomas Davies born Sept Quarter 1905 West Derby Vol 8b page 384 Mother = Rooney
but there are Six Deaths listed that could be him also.
