Sheer fluke Lynne, two seconds later I would have missed the shell finely parting, never thought I would watch a egg hatch for so long Even Ricky has been following the video each day too! It's many thanks to Alan for posting the video in the first place, Thank you Alan! :D

Oh my goodness! just clicked on the video and got a close up view of the chick, it is beautiful! All dried out and is so big! Mum is feeding it fish which it is enjoying. I love it and can't wait for the next to hatch. Oh dear, I am rabbiting on like a mother hen, no pun intended! Sorry Alan, I feel I am taking over your post! :D

All I see is the live link. How do I get to see the egg or chick?

Hi Lynne, try utube, just google the osprey nests in Wales, that's the only thing I can suggest, Alan will most likely be the best one for advising you, I am rather hopeless with all this tec stuff!! Good luck!

Thanks Alan and Loretta. I find it amazing that they get out of the egg. Did all 3 hatch? or was it only 2 ? Thanks for putting this on .

How lovely is that Lynne! Very jealous!! This year I have only seen one blue tit feeding but the usual common or garden gang, and we back onto woods so would have thought we would get more of a variety! Still, the seagulls give us a miss now as we have made sure they can't get at any of the bird food! Hoping our bird house gets a lodger next year!! :D The chicks in the Osprey nest are growing up more each day! Starting to move about a bit now!

Hi Lynne and Loretta,I put this photo of a Berwick wren and her chicks a while ago but I do not ever want to destroy the nest as Sheila and I had a lot of enjoyment watching it being built and the first babies poking their heads out for the parents to feed them.
Wonderful subject Alan.I have watched it from the first time you started the thread but said nowt  Time difference hurts a bit but I have seen some wonderful scenes.Thank you.

That was amazing, but I did feel for the fish suffocating and not being able to breathe. I did think he was going to drop it on several occasions. That is nature .
Thanks again

Mini mum and dad now, how they have grown! Flapping their wings a lot now so looking forward to them attempting to fly! Think it will be awhile off yet though.

Can hardly believe how big they are now! Getting very active and it looks like it won't be long before they learn to fly!

Wow Alan, how exciting was that!! Brilliant but a bit scary for the young one waiting for his dinner though! Thanks for posting it. I don't tend to look in as often now as a lot of the time the nest is empty when I do! Look what I am missing!
