There is a load of confidence of Ajax manager Erik Ten Hag being the next manager so I will see what price I can get.

Three weeks without a post on here? I wonder why LFC is getting more interest?

Football is a wonderful business, unlike any other business in the world.

A team goes on a bad run so they sack the manager and appoint another who was just sacked for his team having a bad run? No problem as it only costs several million.

The latest here is that, for obvious reasons. Silva (who was a failure before he came) is likely to be sacked because he is still a failure.

Who are the favourites for the job. Guess what..... Two failures.

1. Eddie Howe . Who now fancies Everton because his present team have lost the last six out of seven.

2. Moyes. Who found that the next field wasn't greener after all. History shows he shouldn't have left before and his departure turned out bad for him and bad for Everton.

Sam did a good job but supporters wanted fancy football albeit in a lower league.

Worse bad news is that Henry has bet on someone else.

You cannot blame Moyes for wanting to move to Man Utd, it's the manner in which he did it, which caused so much chagrin for Evertonians. I certainly don't want to see him back at Everton.

Everton sack another manager. Silva fired a few moments ago. What is the next move for the clowns that run the circus at Goodison. Mr Moyes on his way back. Stranger things have happened. Needs someone with a large boot to sort that lot of overpriced pansies out.
Ah for the days of Tommy Egglington, Peter Farrell, Don Donovan,Dave Hickson, Mick Meagan and T.G. Jones

Just heard that "Big Dunc" Will be in charge on Saturday. That should put shivers up the local constables on duty.
Home of the "Edmonton Oilers" Future Stanley Cup Champions. :D
A long way from Duncan B.C.

That's another £16 million of Moshiri's cash down the drain (£4m to Watford, £12m to Silva) according to BBC Breakfast sport reporter.

Maybe we learned something today.

Big Dunc may not have a managerial record, especially an unsuccessful one that is usually required in a football manager CV. but his passion for EFC was conveyed to the team, the crowd the spectators and even the ball boys.
He hasn’t cost a penny, wore a tie, and lived every minute along with all the fans.

Let’s hope that the after match celebrations can be repeated many times.

But learn from the Man U experience and keep him as a temporary coach for a couple of seasons.

Ferguson isn’t a bad name for a manager either.

Just heard now that we have actually appointed the manager with the name I cannot remember or spell. I am sure practice will make perfect. I do hope he has the passion of Dunc. They could make a brilliant team together

Watched the film "Everton, Howard's Way" last night. Documenting the great side of the mid 80s.
Its a must watch for any blue or any football fan for that matter. Its brilliant.

Brilliant Keith, I know she won't, but Sheelagh Tequila could tell you some tales about Howard from his days at the Quo Vardis in Formby, and quite a few other local footballers and celebrities, JJC.

Everton Football Club has been in touch regarding rebates for season ticket holders, we can either have a full rebate for the5 remaining home games, a credit on next seasons ticket price or donate the money to the Everton in the Community project, i have opted for the donation to E I T C, Everton football Club proving once again that they are world-beaters when it comes to looking after fans, employees and the community.
Liverpool fans looking to obtain a season ticket rebate need to contact Sky Sports in writing at Sky Sports, Grantway, Isleworth TW7 5QD, or call +44 333 100 0333, best of luck with that one lads.JJC.

Love that photo Joe. Was Netherfield road really that narrow?
John that is good that you can give it to the community . It will help those less fortunate.
