Have to admit to being slightly nervous about tonight's game Ken.
As is obvious, we've struggled in CL group games and Salzburg are currently on fire.
Come on red men - prove me wrong.

Thankfully the second half proved me wrong!
Mo had no right whatsoever to score that goal - as audacious as anything Suarez did for us!

Could be a great buy for Liverpool if Takumi Minamino signs as reported in the Echo. I have liked the look of him in both games against Salzburg, and he has a release clause of only £7.5m which would be a steal.

This is not my original - it was quoted during the broadcast of Liverpool's game against Watford.
One of the funniest lines I have heard in a long time was when the TV Commentator referred to the arrival in January of
Minamino from Salzburg.
Potentially we would then have four attackers named Winjaldum, Miniamino, Mane and Salah - otherwise known as:
Gini, Mini, Mane and Mo!

I thought all the young lads played excellent. Very proud here and great to see our younger players taking on the big boys with such confidence. I'm sure all their families will be super happy.
Looks very promising for the future.

I heard two of the Liverpool players tested positive for Calpol after the match!

Another poor performance but they won yet again.

We’ve given Hendo a lot of stick over the years but must say he is getting better and better in the big games.
Brilliant pass for the goal last night and his all round play was excellent.
Well done Jordan Henderson.

Spot on Ken, I've never been a fan of Henderson but he has been playing well of late.
