Will see it when I get home Bill but they way we have been playing and the way they have been playing a point seems reasonable . Ken

In saying that Ken, I would say we threw 2 points away.
Cheers Joe.

From what I saw when I watched it later, I would agree Joe and you Bill.
It was pretty dire.
It highlights our attacking options or rather lack of them when we bring on Origi and they can bring on Sanchez. Most teams have worked out Salah now so unless he’s on top form he’s fairly ineffective and doesn’t do a lot for the team. I wonder if he’s had his “head turned”

We dominated the game but didn't create many chances. De Gea had one of his easiest games of the season. Our midfield lack the skills to create.

Just watched it again on recorded MOTD highlights, some great goals.
Mane, Fabinho, TAA all top marks for me with VVD and Salah not far behind.
Couldn't fault the rest either, if only Milner was 5 years younger :D

Great performance 100% commitment from the whole team. Midfield run by Fabinho, back four was solid and the front three run Watford ragged. Klopp has to pick the same side on Sunday.

I would Ken, but only because of last night's performance by the front three. Firminio will be back in the side, a couple of games rested will do him good.

Agree , we all said earlier the front three hasn’t been firing all together so a rotation is good.
We need him 100 % fit for the run in.

Not a good first half, all too frantic from both teams. Some composure needed in the second half.

One good game he is unbeatable but what the heck happened to Fabinho tonight.
That is about the worst I seen someone in red play!
Salah to "find his shooting boots" as said by Ken.
When are we to see some progress that we can say has been achieved because of our "thrown-in coach?"
In order of non-achievement Fabinho, Matip, Salah, Mane - the four of them =woeful!!
Last but not least, when will Klopp order, yes order his players not to frig around in their own half passing balls around and giving them away.

They all try to play out from the back Phil, in order to retain possession, it comes from Klopp.
The source of all the problems is the Goalie, he’s far too casual then gives some silly short passes to players who don’t want the ball. Actually, I thought Matip was OK but agree about the others.

Like Eddy has said before, there is no creative midfielder to change things and Klopp seems loathe to bring off Salah on an off day , as yesterday was.
Bringing on Firmino for Origi, ok like for like but Origi had the measure of Coleman so why not take off Salah, he offers little tracking back and missed a few yesterday.
Milner and Lallana , good players , yes , but not game changers, why not Shaqiri who can score.
Danny Murphy was right on MOTD, we are too cautious on the road as per Yesterday and MUFC last week.
On we go, we’re still in it, keep the faith.

Just been watching the under 23 derby match at Anfield, which Everton won 2-0. Liverpool very poor passing, no composure, and poor decision making. The Everton keeper never had a shot to save in the match. It was just like watching the 1st team.

Gareth Bale left out of the starting line up. He'll be on his way back to the premiership.

Would you like him Eddy?
Great player but a bit delicate.
Big wages but a lot on the treatment table.

No I wouldn't Ken. My priority would be a play maker in the middle of midfield.

Yep, agree with you. I like Madison at Leicester, still very young but lots of potential. K

I'd take a chance on Jack Grealish from A. Villa. He's got excellent vision and ball control, and works from box to box for 90 mins. He is not afraid to tackle unlike a couple I could name in Liverpool's team. He also scores goals and sees a good pass when needed. I know he has had a few problems off the field in the past, but I think he would be well worth a punt.

They just strolled around the pitch as if they ’d won it, just like Liverpool do at times.

Liverpool's Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain will return to action for their Under-23s against Derby County on Friday after almost a year out with injury.

Where would you class him Eddy?
Attacking midfield
Defensive midfield
Creative midfield.

He’s certainly got a goal in him but not sure of his creative skills ( saw so little of him, so long ago I forget )

Both creative and attacking Ken. He started off a bit off the pace but got better and better. It was a shame he got an awful injury, he was cementing his place in the midfield.
