Not that one Ken
To be fair to you all, this may be a bit more like a trivia question than a cryptic clue.

Bill you'll have to explain that one please6. Winners’ climb, as it was
I was still trying to decide whether WINNERS' is possessive of; 2 people who won, 2 people named Winner, or 1 person named Winners and getting no further than Michael's Mount which isn't even a film

OK Bee, I have just quickly come up with these.
All are place names
1. It could be a tiny deer as well
2. A soggy green animal?
3. It could go before a grassy road to acting stardom.
4. A Bond character on a firm conclusion.
5. The funny man has received a bone and is not backward.
6. Dash around the northern scouse length.
7. Change around and go about the golf competition.
8. Split before getting on here.
9. A Scouser saying “scratch your ointment.”?
10. A clique attempt to come together here.
Best of luck

There are a couple of easy ones in there.

Tommy, if you look at some of my previous quizzes you will see how my clues work. You have to go through the clue bit by bit to get the answer. I am not preaching to you, just trying to help you see how my mind works
