Trying hard to be a little more positive about life and seeing as how it is Throw Back Thursday on different links, I came across this photo which brought back many a fond memory of our visits to my Son in Law, Peter's parents, in St Michaels, who were such lovely, kind, people and always made one feel welcome, even going so far as raising the "Union Jack!" on their Pier.

Great need to visit the "Brit" Shop today and here is my "Stash!"...............
I don't know what I would do without that wonderful Shop!!
If you think the Pickle Jar looks a little empty that is because Yours Truly'
has already sampled liberally the contents before taking the photo. (Couldn't
resist) Now I have devoured two Jammies and a Crunchie - Had to have my "Fix!"

So pleased for you Patricia, positive steps, not always an easy way forward, but preferable to unbearable loss.
I honestly don’t how I would handle such a situation, couldn’t even bare to think of it!
You are definitely heading in the right direction. Photographs, dancing, holidays, whatever it takes. Make full use of all your interests
If your mind is occupied, there’ll be less room for the pain of your loss, and more room for the precious memories you hold so dear!
For what it’s worth, I think you come across as a strong person, one who won’t be defined by their situation, but courageous in
all that awaits you, all that is bearable - take heart, your Lew would be so proud of you
Meanwhile; enjoy those guilty pleasures (Jammies, crunchies, curlywurlys and pickles) fill yer boots girl xx

That's a fabulous photograph of your grandaughters Patricia, they grow prettier every day, just like Nana

Thank you Keith,
That was the last occasion we will spend leisure time with with Grandkids this Summer.
We have been fully involved with all seven at sometime over the break, sometimes all at once.
No complaints as we’ve really enjoyed it but now need our break, off in three weeks.
Cheers
Ken
