Good time had by one and all at Ken’s party!
Plenty of lemonade left for next knees up
Lovely bright day for stock car event
Those drivers must have been hot!
Beautiful waterfront setting
Very well captured, Bernie

Thanks Lynne (and all)
It's at the cruise liner terminal - just north of the Pier Head near Princes Dock.
As for the Facebook thing, no need any more. The photo of the day thing only runs for 24 hours and mine came second to a rather stunning wildlife shot. To be honest, any other day my shot would have garnered enough 'likes' to win but I have absolutely no complaints about the winner of that particular day (other than wishing he'd posted it on a different day ). It's only a bit of fun with no real prize at stake.

I have really enjoyed looking at all the lovely and different photos posted over
the past few weeks. What a great group of photographers!!!
Thank you all for your very kind comments it really meant a great deal to me
during this very unexpected and sad loss of my dearest Lew. My girls have been
a great deal of comfort and support, I really don't know how I would have
managed without them.
The photo below is what they said they were preparing for me as a "Happy
Garden" there was much planting, hanging of baskets and flag, and a lot
of mulching. Think they did a great job! x

Good for you Bernie, I only ever grow herbs, and once potatoes that had been pre sown in a planter so i only had to water them and watch them grow, they were fabulous....I once was sent seeds by the late great Frank Delamere my old buddy, they were celery leaf, they grew to about 5ft and great to only have to cut a bit for cooking..no waste. Looking forward to seeing how yours come along.
