Shelagh - Thanks so much for your lovely comment.
You know, I have this feeling that if people on the Forum are not going to
put "Fingers to Keyboard" rather than the old saying "Pen to Paper!!
I'm afraid this Forum will be "Blowing into the Wind!" and that makes
me sad.

Shelagh!!
I'm getting a Treat tonight, Janine is taking me out for dinner!!
She always stays overnight every Thursday after getting out of Menchville
High School and I certainly look forward to that!!!!
Missed last week as she was attending a Conference in San Francisco with the Principal
and four other Teachers, but she did get to see and have dinner with
her sister and nieces while there, so that was a bonus for her!!!

I don't know if I have mentioned this or not but after Thirty Years I have taken
knitting up again. Thought I would have trouble but it is like "Riding a Bicycle"
came right back to me. To date I have knitted scarves for my Grandchildren
(while teaching them also) my Daughters and a friend. The photo below is
of my 9th & 10th production and I'm still going strong, so far that is!!
Really enjoying same, it is extremely calming and upon mentioning the fact, I was
told that it is used as therapy for several reasons. Anyhow, I'm enjoying it......

No stopping you Patricia, nothing like a hand knitted scarf..knitting skills very in at the moment, sellers on eBay making £££ from sales of yarn..the old skills are coming back, hand made with love, always appreciated
Pattern of scarves reminded me of a little jacket I once made for a friend’s first baby, same stitch (knit two, pearl two) then alternate, friend absolutely loved it, told me it was her favourite gift of all
Keep knitting sister
