Everton haven't beaten a single team above them in the table.

Mind you, neither have we. :D

Bernie

Good display by our defenders yesterday, well protected by Fabhino .
I’m not a big fan of Lovren but fair do to him he did well yesterday against Aguero & co.

Gini Wijnaldum knocks 3 in for Holland , I wish he’d do a few more for us.
I don’t think we score enough from midfield.

Indeed Ken.

The only doubters in football are Red supporters themselves.

So many years of disappointments have created this doubt, or being too scared to imagine, the only title they really, really want and the hardest to achieve in world football.

It would make Mrs Benitez happy as she’s stayed on Merseyside while he’s in China

A bit like when my wife doesn’t reply to my comments. It doesn’t mean she hasn’t heard OR that she agreed.

Another Spanish speaking manager of a North London cub gets fired as Arsenal sack Emery this morning.
Who’s next ?
 Ken

Watford’s Sanchez Flores, the third Spanish speaker to bite the dust , Chris Hughton in the frame to replace him.

Fabinho out until New Year , that’s a blow, he has been our most consistent player.
Presume Henderson assumes that role and Ox , Lallana or Shaqiri get a start.
Or how about putting TTA in midfield and Gomez at full back.
Lots of options but we have a very busy schedule .

Thought you reds might be interested in this info about the fifa world club cup.

Do you see it as a distraction in your quest to win the Premiership or more kudos ?

The players and coaching staff see it as an unnecessary distraction, the marketing and money men say KERCHING !!!
We fans will get some bragging rites ( rights ) ? for a win or It will be a nonsense if we don’t.

Two goalies nearly cost us today yet still grind out a result. City drop a couple, Chelsea lose so just need the Blues to take something off Leicester tomorrow.

Another Spanish speaker bites the dust, Watford sack Sanchez Flores after 3 months.
Hopefully a Brit gets the job, Chris Hughton has been mentioned.

That was more like it! That was how we used to play, with fast attacking football, instead of dead slow and stop sideways and backward passing. It was great to see players running forward and then receiving the ball. More of the same please. :) :)

Fantastic first half Bill, good football and a bit feisty, love it.
Some shocking defending by EFC though.
Cheers
