Hi bettyboop68, welcome to this great site, I lived opposite the Clare family in the only prefab in the street (21) we left when I was about 7yrs old too move to Netherton. There is also a great site on Facebook called Are you from Bootle, there is a couple of people on there from Florida St, that will rememeber the Clare family, all the best ( we were the Peace family )

HI Henry i think i met patrick my Grandad a couple of times, and Alice my Grandma i was very young at the time.Anyway thanks for the info betty

Hi Betty, no sorry don't have any memories of the Clare family, only the name, I was only a young kid, x

I vaguely remember someone posting "May Day" pictures outside two prefabs in Bootle. Perhaps this will jog someone's memory!
