hi gang, this is a picture of the royal afc 1948ish, I donot know if it is the royal seaforth or the royal Crosby also do not know if they where in the joc or the business houses, my wifes three uncles are in the photo, back row far right john gee, next to him Arthur gee, second from right front row jimmy gee who went on to Liverpool,s books early 1950,sthen on to distilleries in the irish leigue,they flew him out from Liverpool for every match for three years. regards billy.

Billy i have had a look at the joc teams from 1921
the royal is not mentioned in any winners league or cup
but that does not mean they did not play in the league
i have some other league books , which i will find

hi bob,thank,s for your efforts having said that I am surprised you don't know the gee family they have lived in rufford road since the late 1930,s and still do. regards billy.

Billy i knew eric streford and archie philips
went to linacre with eric and archie was a painter for the corpy
his party trick was to make notes by tapping his head
he had a steel plate in his scull from the war
the only gees i new was jackie who sadley passed away a few years ago
but he lived of knowlsley road
just shows you i thought i new most people from the streets around
