Long shot this but, does anyone remember Irene Harris from Brookhill Road. Early 60s. I don't even know if she still lives in Bootle.

I remember Irene Harris well in the early 60's, she lived with her mum Flo and sisters Angela and Avril in Brookhill rd, her Gran also lived with them. l was friends with their cousin Diane Parry who lived in Browning street off Rimerose rd, and we used to spend Saturday evenings in the Harris's front parlour playing our records. Diane's mum Lily and Flo were sisters, they were a great family. We were about 14 at the time and Irene was a couple of years older, she was working at George Henry Lee at the time and quite a few years later I met Diane who told me Irene was doing really well and was a buyer for John Lewis in London , so not sure if she ever came back to Bootle, I know Angela her younger sister went abroad to live (think it was Germany) and last time I saw Avril she was living in the maisonettes above the shops in Carr Meadow Hey Ford. They were really good times.
