Dorothy - Would love to know if it was indeed a "Pony tail Palm" :?: :)

I sent the twins a dress each and was delighted to receive this photo
from their Mom. Reminded me of when my Mum used to send me
dresses for my girls and she always seemed to know "spot on" as to
what they would like!!! Hopefully, I inherited her good taste! :D

Shelagh & Tina - Thanks so much for your kind comments. I was obviously
feeling somewhat nostalgic!! xx

More upbeat today, I have wanted a Fountain for ever and going into a Store yesterday,
found all their garden items 50% off. I spied one I really liked and
went for it. Originally $99.99 it was on sale for $49.99 I also had a
$10.00 coupon, so feel I got one heck of a bargain!!! What do you think?

Sorry it's so big can't seem to reduce same!!

Dorothy - That was an excellent find - good for you! :D
I'm going to make a copy of that. Thanks so much! xx
I have never seen such long roots as were shown, mine are
barely visible. Also, he never mentioned anything regarding
watering when they had ceased flowering. Do you still
do the same, 4 ice cubes each week?

Dorothy - Will certainly take your advice and have another
gander at the link. I always seem to be in a hurry!!!! :D

Our girls bought me a lot of garden flowers for "Mother's
Day!" and it appears I have at last have a flower that likes
the scorching heat in the summer, they are Petunias. The
only downfall is that you are required to "Dead head" them
every day but it is well worth the trouble! Also, the Butterflies
seem to love them too! :D

Shelagh - It is so neat you posting photos of your grandchildren,
they are both lovely and apparently having a ball in Croatia.
I've heard it's a very beautiful country.

the Hummingbirds are going crazy here at the moment, swooping
and diving over one's head at a very fast pace, I have no idea
how they are able to control their speed and never bump into
each other or anything else!
