Lew has just returned from an Air Show at Patrick Henry Airfield.
They featured a B-21 the type that dropped the Atomic bomb on Japan.
If you wanted to spend over $1,000.00 you could take a ride on
same.Needless to say, Lew just took photos from the ground. :D

Keith, Love what you did with that pulley hoist and galvanised bucket from a customer's skip. :D
Mat - Great photos of some lovely birds in your area.

Love the Blue Jays but they are rather a "bully" bird and like their own way.....
Image
They remind me of "Stained glass!

Lovely Jay Patricia. Our Provincial bird is a jay but it is a Steller's Jay.
At the moment the jays are in higher country but when they come down
to the bird sanctuary 100 metres from our house I will have to get some photos but I
must say your blue jays are a much more colourful and beautiful bird than our jays.

Matt - Don't know about "Getting Away!" believe he is in his
element with his own Harem! Doves are another lot
that breed like Rabbits! Believe every hanging basket
we have is occupied by Doves! They don't seem to care
whether it is artificial or real flowers in the basket which
surprised me.

Great photo Patricia. All the young wrens are taking it in turn to perch on the edge of the nest
and flap their wings guess they will be taking their first flights soon plus we have two new baby Anna's hummingbirds
at our feeders. They just look like big bumblebees.I just cannot believe some of our birds are still breeding.Saw my first
Steller's Jay today but that was up at Kalika and Chad's house and where they live is about 700 metres higher in elevation
than the rest of the Cowichan Valley.
