Question: The song "How Much is that Doggie in the Window?" has an interesting connection with Liverpool.

Hey, Graham, the ink isn't dry on the page!

Your right - Lita Roza, born in Liverpool singing the first number one hit by a female singer - 1953.

Your turn! :D :D

Its the ship board end of the anchor chain, not the bit that goes in the water. Ken

That's right, Ken. It's the bit that they break off to let go the anchor from the ship.

I was looking for South West, Matt but you are correct. We picked up our armed contingent ( at sea) there for trip to Arabian Gulf then had to offload them before Dubai, then board them again until Suez Canal. Over to you Matt. :D Ken

KLM always mentioned in their blurb that they were the first International airline but sure there will be a domestic line earlier, somewhere. :D Ken
