Thanks for that Mack, The Aintree was always packed out, and they served a good pint of bitter as well. Those days of pubs being chock a block are well truly gone, and sadly will never return.

My Dad Billy Maher played there for the Aintree All Stars,St Monicas,the Odva,a few in Bootle village as i remember.BOBHAMO wrote:You are right Joe a pub wich was always chocker
