Bob, where was that first pic taken?? I can't place four high rises on Marsh Lane or Linacre Road. And a green open space :D

hi eddy have a good hols , the marsh lane pic i am standing on the site of the corky , next to the muncaster , the linacre lane pic is behind the 61 bus stop where the hoardings stood , thornton road , bobhamo

are you having a laugh eddy, you could see them 4 blocks of flats from your back garden in irlam rd, or have been going round keeping your head down, :oops: :oops:

It was the grass that threw me Dan :D In our days if any grass grew there would be 20 kids on it playing footy :D

it wasn,t the grass,it was because the railway used to be there,there i go again, the smell of burning grass

thanks bob can see linacre land school in the back ground , that piece of ground has been vacant ever since I can rememeber ....at last they have built on it ...... margaret ..
