Of all the photos, posted on here, this brings back the most memories. Used to climb over the fence, at Bridle Road, and walk all the way down the line to Aintree train sheds. No fear of two of the lines being electrified. :shock:

My dad used to sometimes work in the signal box on Bridle Road. I would go to see him and he would let me pull some of the signals!
Lived Olive grove- just in Bootle. Schools Netherton Moss A, Netherton Park and Bootle Girls Grammar
