If you Google things, you usually get the answer you need. I googled Orrell Trust and got this.

The Orrell Trust

Organisation aims:
The Orrell Trust is committed to working to improve our local community to make it a better place to live. We have been in Bootle since 2002 and we are currently working with St John and St James to help develop their new community centre. We have a particular focus on supporting people who may be isolated or vulnerable. A number of activities and projects are run from the centre as well as outreach work thus bringing the community as a whole together.
Date established:
1st January 2002

Hope this answers your question.
