Roadworks in Aintree
Motorist are warned that Sefton Council will be carrying out resurfacing work on Ormskirk Road at the junction with Park Lane during the week beginning 17 August.
To minimise inconvenience to drivers, the work will be carried out after the evening rush hour and is expected to take up to seven evenings to complete. There will be no access from Ormskirk Road to or from Park Lane during the evenings when the work is carried out.
Assisted access will be available to Aintree railway station and to local businesses. Motorists will be guided through the works.
