Blisworth Street area - robbers on the loose

Heads up to anyone living on Linacre Road near to Blisworth Street.

There have been reports of a gang hanging around with threatening behaviour to local residents.

They were spotted climbing onto the roof back of a shop trying to break into the property.

Local residents spotted them and chased them and were verbually abused by the gang.

Next day the local newsagents was burgled and a quantity of stock was taken.

Over the weekend a property in the same area was broken into and the residents were threatened by this gang in their own home.

Whoever this gang is the police are now investigating. If you have any info let us know by PM here on our Bootle site, we will pass any info received onto the police.

mack and that's supposed to be a zero tolerance area. its been very quiet violet rd subway to gray st, since the shooting of the young lad last summer and finding of a gun on the railway embankment. steve. ps thanks for the warning though mack.

Keep an eye out for these scumbag feral robbers dressed in black wearing their usual uniform of hoodies hanging around on the street corner. They have been reported as terrorising local residents and breaking into properties. Do not put up with this. If you know their names report them here on our Bootle website by PM. We will pass all info onto the police. Do not be a victim, report the crime and let your neighbours know too.

A property on the corner of Towcester Street was broken into and residents threatened... The Police are still investigating this crime and talking to neighbours in the area about this recent break in and theft and assault in the Blisworth Street / Towcester Street Linacre Road area.
