A big welcome to leighton on joining the site. I have known old leighton for many years and he is knocking on a bit now, in fact i went to his last birthday party and when all the candles on his cake were lit it blistered the paint on the ceiling. he is an evertonian but we wont hold that against him , he actually took me to my first ever match at goodison donkey sanctuary , happily i saw the light after that and have been a red since.

The Fowlers in Number 30 Williams Avenue were my Uncle Harry and Auntie Bella. Their'kids' were Roy, Jean, Betty and Hazel. Sadly, only Hazel is still alive.
I remember great visits to Williams Avenue as a kid, Auntie Bella making banana butties or sugar butties if no bananas were available.
