It's a long shot but does anyone remember her when she lived at number 14? She emigrated to South Africa in 1952 to Cape Town when she was about 18 or 19 and I believe she got married there in 1953/4/5. She might have lived in Spooner Avenue for a bit before that. I have one picture of her - slim and dark haired that I found in my grandad's collection of family photos. Never did find out any more. That's about it - I think it's impossible to get anything on South African sites - I've tried and got nowhere.
