I have this address on a birth certificate in 1940. Can anyone tell me what it was? Or are there photographs of it?

Thorp(e), Ballard, Parry, Lucas, Dodd, Jacobson, are Liverpool ancestors.

107 Rice Lane was Walton Hospital.

Ken it was listed on many birth certs as 107 Rice Lane, the old stigma of the workhouse was still alive and well. The Walton hospital where many of us were born was the original old workhouse hope that helps :D
