Anyone any idea why my post will now not accept photo’s?

That's a definite 'no' from me Bill.
I enjoy a challenge but that's a piece too far for me - would quickly become a chore not a pastime.
Good luck.

Bernie, that's a perfect explanation of what activities will become a hobby. And the reason I don't like big jigsaws whilst, on the other hand I love my garden.would quickly become a chore not a pastime.

Thank goodness for that! I finished the double sided one last night. That was definitely the hardest I have ever done, and I am so glad it wasn’t a 1000 piece one or I would have been there till next Xmas. I had to keep pulling it apart because I had pieces in it that should have been on the reverse side. They looked ok until I would suddenly find a piece that would not quite fit in because it was about 1 mil out, and then had to try to figure out which piece should have been on the other side.
The first photo is when I thought I had just about finished but I had 7 pieces over that would not fit in anywhere.

Nice one Phil. I hope they’re not second hand ones for £12 , I hate paying more than £1 for them.

Generally only do 1000 piece puzzles so when a mate at Anfield gave me this 500 piecer I expected an easy time.
Guess again, that sky was a bit of a slog. Nice puzzle though.

Another £3 worth bought today. I’ll be able to open a jigsaw shop soon
I am determined to find time to start one this week.

Lovely picture Bernie but not for me, too much sky!
Bill, join the club! I have nine jigsaws to take back to my jigsaw shop, no doubt will come back with at least eight more! I get them at half price as I only buy from him so he only charges £2.50 each!

I did one like the one at top right.
The first puzzle on page 1 of this thread.
It was a crazy bookshop.
If yours is similar enjoy the amusing titles on the book spines.

A bit of jigsaw info for those of you handy for Maghull/Lydiate
A while back I posted info about a jigsaw library st the Maghull Methodist church. My pal has today let me know that since that church has closed the library has a new home at St George's United Reform church on Northway.
"The jigsaw library will be open every Tuesday morning from 10.30 to 11.30 in the main hall behind the church. Access to the car park is between 32 and 34 Larchwood Avenue, L31 7BS". further enquiries; 0151 526 7913

Something a little different.
A puzzle within a puzzle.
Do the jigsaw then find the 101 bands in the picture.
