i have travelled with ryanair more times than i can think of and rarely had a problem people slate them all the time but they charge as you go on in to the booking seat baggage, boarding. If you book at the right time most flights are very cheap ,thomas cook thomson also make you pay for your seat i paid almost 3000 pounds a while ago only to be told by thomson me and the wife would not be sitting together as we had not pre booked our seats, was told the seating was computer generated if not purchased, strangely we were sitting together on the return flight i paid for my wife to sit directly behind me as this was the only seat available. When i returned home i went on thomson facebook page and complained about it and was contacted when i explained my complaint i was refunded the seat money several days later :D :D

Totally agree Bern, stick within their rules and you won't go far wrong.
Booked flights to Granada Spain for next year £17 out and £5 back that's with EasyJet

I have to agree. Ideal for the short flights.

They go direct to places whereas you have to go from place to place to get to your destination with the more expensive companies.

We get to Spanish Airports in just a few hours whereas BA takes at least two changes enroute and takes an age.

Never any problem sitting together as always have seats across the aisle. Comfortable and easily obtained even at check in stage.

I also wonder why folk pay fortunes for a holiday and then weigh their cases to avoid an extra tenner or so.
