Official time is in - 3.21, I'm over the moon with that for my first attempt with dodgy knees. :wink:

Well done BH, hope your not in too much pain.Watched the race on telly. Loretta said "Look for number 53639" Ha ha, fat chance.I couldn't believe how many runners there were.

Congratulations Tom, not many can lay claim to such an achievement, very well deserved award after twenty years of volunteering :) well done!
By the way, how is the training coming along, have you lost any more weight, must be down to ten stone by now :lol:

My weight has stayed the same for a while. I've still trained as usual, I'm going to take it easy and soak up the atmosphere. It really is fantastic with the crowds cheering you on. ;)
