T.S. I think his name was Harold Newgard, or something like that?

I remember reading about the achievement somewhere in a book about heroes.

Is it someone who loves rain? Because a pluviometer measures rain fall. I'm sad because I've got a weather station in the garden.

Tina,

Perth was named by (I think) Governor Stirling, after his home town in Scotland.

When I first came to the West I lived in Stirling Road which ran off Stirling Highway! - quite a popular name! :D

I guess Tina has not had a chance to respond to my answer so if you do not mind I will set the next question and apologies if I was wrong with my answer about Governor Stirling but at least the thread will start again.

Who or what was/were Pip, Squeak and Wilfred?
