As well as all the oldies,I was always a fan of P.J. Proby.HOLD ME being my fav song of his.I guess if he hadn't of been so flamboyant on stage I.E. splitting his pants, he would have gotten even bigger than he was.It got to the point where the radio stations would not even play his songs.Pity.

Let's have a singsong, this was one of me dad's,,

Now Limehouse lou was a laundry girl by god she was the good's,
She married a chink cor stripe me pink who's name was Hoo Flung Mud,
What a night they did have upon their honeymoon,
Every night when the moon shine's bright,
They would sit and spoon,

O'h Limehouse lou, I'm telling you,
She's got that go'ed ow go's it me old son Liverpool blue's,
The Scotland road boy's think's she's a big noise,
Especially when she's ad a gill or two,
Each Monday morn you'l find her down at Paddy's Market,
All the Docker's blink give Lou the wink,
And she say's gor blimey nark it,
Limehouse Lou I'm telling you ,
She's got that go'ed ow go's it me old son Liverpool blue's.

"Well" Bill Tomo..
