I love Monument Valley Patricia, such a magical place. I remember camping there and got up at 5:30 to see the sunrise over a body of water.

Phil - You feel like you are on another Planet the colors and landscape are so different
to anything I have ever experienced! :D

I worked for a firm of Attorneys/Solicitors for six years on this Street!!!
Often wonder if they (Kendall & Rigby) are still in practice, i.e. their relatives, etc.:

Another good set of pictures..thanks folks
Another visit to the park, Bernie..and another aspect of nature - lovely :) also liked the tree with the face..reminded me of a Tom Slemen "Haunted Liverpool" story

Graham..huge specimen of a courgette, home grown, I take it - can't beat good old fashioned organic vegetables - delicious :D

Monument Valley - hot, arid and beautiful :) puts me in mind of Saturday mornings at the Gainee - loved those old westerns :D

Lily - What are you like? :D :D I don't know how you find these links
as I tried but came up with zilch regarding Kendall & Rigby. It
is amazing to see that the name is still going strong but I have no
idea as to how it survived!
I also became immersed in the life story of Rose Heilbron hadn't
the faintest idea that either her or her family's Solicitor was Mr.Kendall.
I do remember that he was rather an elderly man while I was working
there and Mr. Rigby was younger. There were several Solicitors there
as it was quite a large firm and I remember dating one of the "Articled
Clerks" named Peter. :D :D
Thanks so much indeed for posting that link! x

Graham - Those "Fritters" look delicious - you will have to write down
the recipe, please! :D

METHOD...GRATE COURGETTES,SPUDS AND CARROTSINTO A COLONDER,SPRINKLE WITH SALT.PUT SMALL PLATE OVER VEG AND PLACE A WEIGHT ON PLATE AND PLACE OVER A BOWL.ALLOW TO DRAIN FOR AN HOUR IN COOL PLACE.WHEN DRAINED PLACE VEG INTO A CLEAN BOWL AND ADD PEPPER ,FINELY CHOPPED ONION,OREGANO AND OLIVE OIL.MIX WELL THEN STIR IN THE FLOUR.
IN LARGE FRYING PAN PORE IN SOME VEG OIL AND TURN UP HEAT TO HIGH.USING YOUR HANDS MAKE SMALL PATTIES AND PLACE IN PAN 4 AT A TIME.FRY FOR 1 MINUTE EACH SIDE.KEEP WARM TILL NEEDED.SERVE WITH TSATIKI OR WITH MINTED LAMB CHOPS OR CHICKEN BREASTS AND A GREEK SALAD.
YOU CAN PUT WHAT YOU WANT IN THE FRITTERS,I HAVE BEEN PUTTING SOME CRISPY KALE LEAVES (CHOPPED FINE)TO ADD A BIT OF CRUNCH.
