St Mary's 1933 Police coming into schools l no they do now but not the same respect
Maybe it's me but look at all them kids looking at the policemen
Playing football in my street if a policeman came down we would run and l was close to Bootle station loads of running in them days.

Great pics everliver, but cant believe no pics of St. Winnies girls schools! I remember one (yes, only one, and none from the juniors!) taken in the seniors, for some reason my mum only had a photo of me with a daft huge bow in my hair taken from a school class photo! I am being to think I dreamed of going to those schools as no other females on BT mention going there!

Aw thanks everliver! Brilliant photos, cant see me on them but maybe photos are different times from when I was there,( (1951 - 1966) great to see some of the girls in later years, they look really lovely!
