Orrell juniors 1968. Can't find a picture of the school though. Actually; I think that's me on the front row, fourth from the right, not positive though.

In case anyone gets confused I contacted Pamsy via a PM re. Orrell Primary and mentioned I'd also been looking for a picture of Hawthorne Rd. Infants which I went to BEFORE moving onto Orrell. She produced the above picture within 12 hours of me mentioning it! That's service for you. Can't quite work out yet exactly where the picture was taken from because the school looks very different from what I remember - a lot of it must have been bombed and demolished leaving just the bit I knew.
So thank you Pamsy - a public thank you for an act of prompt kindness.
